Craig Salazar: Operations Management

Craig Salazar brings nearly 20 years of technology development and management to his operations leadership for Network PDF. At Nortel Networks in the late 1980’s, Craig worked in the infancy of electronic documentation delivery managing the development of software for computers and CD-ROM’s to deliver hundreds of thousands of pages of searchable content in support of Nortel’s telecommunications switching products. Moving into electronic commerce, Craig focused on business-to-business EDI and later led the development and implementation of processes for Nortel’s $1.2 billion (annual revenue) merchandise order management systems used in North America, South America and Europe.

After leaving Nortel, Craig served as Vice-President of Internet Development and later the Vice-President of Nelson Direct for Thomas Nelson, Inc., one of the largest English-language publishers in the world. At Nelson, Craig developed a centralized architecture for collection and dissemination of marketing information for all of Nelson’s publishing products and e-commerce capabilities. In his role over Nelson Direct, Craig orchestrated direct-marketing sales using technology to drive revenue from the Internet, catalogs, telemarketing, direct mail, and continuity programs.

Craig has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Masters of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
